MINIMONO IS BASED WHEREVER OUR FAMILY IS, WE HAVE LIVED IN BERLIN FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS, NOW WE ARE SPENDING A YEAR IN MADRID.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

WE DON´T HAVE A SHOWROOM, BUT IF YOU LIVE IN BERLIN OR MADRID YOU ARE WELCOME TO PASS BY OUR STUDIO.

ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE?

SUSTAINABILITY IS AT THE CORE OF EVERYTHING WE DO. YOU CAN READ ABOUT OUR VALUES HERE.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

OUR PRODUCTS ARE 100% MADE IN GERMANY. OUR SHEETS ARE MADE IN THE WEST OF GERMANY AND WE MANUFACTURE THE FURNITURE IN BERLIN.

DO YOU PRODUCE THE SHEETS YOURSELVES?

NO. WE HAVE RELIABLE SUPPLIERS THAT MANUFACTURE THE SHEETS FOR US.

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

YOU CAN ONLY BUY OUR PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE, THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN SHOPS OR ANY OTHER WEBSITES. HOWEVER WE MAY HAVE SALES EVENTS AT POP-UPS OR FAIRS. SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STAY INFORMED.

HOW EASY IS IT TO ASSEMBLE THE FURNITURES?

YOU PROBABLY DON´T NEED MORE THAN 2 MINUTES AND SOME STRONG ARMS OR MAYBE A PLASTIC MALLET. TAKING THE PIECES APART REQUIRES MORE STRENGTH THAN MOUNTING THEM.

WHY DOES MY MiNiMONO LOOK DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURES IN YOUR WEBSITE?

THE COLORS AND PATTERNS DEPEND ON THE RECYCLING BATCH AND SOMETIMES ARE NOT CONSISTENT THROUGHOUT THE PRODUCTION, WHICH MEANS EVERY SHEET IS DIFFERENT AND SO IS EVERY MiNiMONO.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRICED?

WE WANT TO MAKE MiNiMONO AS AFFORDABLE AS POSSIBLE HOWEVER TO CARRY A LOCAL AND RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING HAS SIGNIFICANT COSTS.

ARE ANY OF THE OLDER COLORS COMING BACK?

THE SHEETS WE USE ARE PRODUCED IN BATCHES AND THE COLORS DEPEND ON THE RECYCLING WASTE, THEY ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT, UNPREDICTABLE AND BEAUTIFUL. EACH BATCH OF MiNiMONOS IS UNIQUE AND THERE IS ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF PIECES AVAILABLE.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY MiNiMONO?

YOU CAN CLEAN YOUR MiNiMONO WITH ALMOST ANY CLEANING PRODUCT, WE USUALLY JUST USE A REGULAR MILD ALL PURPOSE CLEANER.

HOW CAN I STOP MY MiNiMONO FROM SCRATCHING?

HDPE IS A VERY RESISTANT PLASTIC AND ALSO HAS A SOFT TOUCH SO SCRATCHES ARE VERY NORMAL. MOST PIECES ARE SYMMETRICAL AND CAN BE USED FROM BOTH SIDES, IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE TO REDUCE SCRATCHES BY POLISHING THEM WITH TOOTHPASTE OR MELTING THEM USING A HOT GUN. WE DON´T RECOMMEND SANDING, WHICH CAN ALSO CAUSE A LOT OF MICRO AND NANO PLASTICS.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOMS SIZES OR PRODUCTS?

SURE! IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING PARTICULAR IN MIND JUST GET IN TOUCH AND WE´LL SEE IF WE CAN MAKE IT WORK.

I DON´T NEED MY MiNiMONO ANYMORE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

YOU CAN ALWAYS GIVE IT TO SOMEBODY WHO CAN MAKE GOOD USE OF IT. HOWEVER, IF YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO GET RID OF IT, WE OFFER AN END-OF-LIFE GUARANTEE. ALSO THEY ARE 100% RECYCLABLE.


WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE OUR MiNiMONOS IN AS MANY HOMES AS POSSIBLE, THAT IS WHY WE SHIP WORLDWIDE TO AS MANY COUNTRIES AS POSSIBLE. UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE A COUPLE OF RESTRICTIONS, SO IF YOUR COUNTRY DOESN´T APPEAR ON THE LIST WE WON´T BE ABLE TO SHIP IT.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE ORDERS?

WE SHIP CLIMATE NEUTRALLY WITH DHL.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO HANDLE SHIPPING?

SINCE WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS WE MIGHT NEED A COUPLE OF DAYS TO SHIP YOUR ORDER, NORMALLY WE MANAGE WITHIN A WEEK.

MAYBE. WE SHIP FROM GERMANY, SO CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES DEPEND ON YOUR COUNTRY’S TRADING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE EU. AS CUSTOMS CAN VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY WE ADVISE YOU CHECK YOUR OWN COUNTRY’S IMPORT STATUS IF YOU ARE UNSURE.

YOU CAN RETURN YOUR MiNiMONO DURING THE 14 DAYS AFTER IT WAS DELIVERED.

DO I PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

RIGHT NOW IT IS UNSUSTAINABLE FOR US TO OFFER RETURN SHIPPING AT NO COST. HOWEVER WE WILL MAKE IT AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU: AFTER YOU LET US KNOW WE WILL MAKE A SHIPPING LABEL FOR YOU FROM THE ADDRESS OF YOUR CHOICE AND SEND IT TO YOU. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS STICK IT ON THE PACKAGE AND BRING IT TO A DHL DROP OFF POINT IN YOUR AREA. ONCE THE PACKAGE ARRIVES WE WILL CHECK IT AND REFUND THE PRICE MINUS THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
